What about the game?
Star Fox Assault is a space shooter with an adventurous story, you play as Fox McCould who with his Arwing spaceship and his loyal wing mates fight across many levels.
It’s a sort of on-rails shooter experience, you basically fly a ship around a pre-set path with a little freedom blasting other crafts and collecting powering up your ship. You’ll also have to protect your wingmen and it’s something you should do because if you protect them, they will help you fight through to the end.
I found this game easy to play and control and it certainly plays well and look good for an old game, even today in 2022. There are space battles, ground battle in a tank and even on foot sections, which breaks the game play and story up quite well. I could have played this for hours on the Video, but time is normally limited to 15 minutes as people don’t tend to watch for too long!
