What about the game?

A favourite game of mine on the Xbox360, The Outfit. A wargame with a twist, with in my opinion a gameplay style that is quite unique, its a blend of 3rd person, tower defense with a bit of a real time strategy element to it. Overall an enjoyable experience, and a blast in couch co-op.

The game sets you in the WW2 era as you must purge the area of enemy troops, the game starts off with just you a squad of soldiers, as you progress you’ll have to command your squad to take up defensive positions as you try to capture all the enemy structures in the level.

As you press on you’ll be unlocking extra items to add to your squad, like machine gun nests, AA guns, Jeeps, half tracks, tanks and other battle equipment to ensure your assault is a success.

One aspect of the game that I like personally is that any time you can hop on a gun emplacement or in a tank and join the battle in a direct way, adding this to the strategy element gives the game that fun edge, especially in 2 player mode.
